I'm ill for over a year now, and I needed to re-sort my life. The photography became a major part, and I had lots of time to practice. In this practicing I noticed that I really liked taking pictures of hands. And children are very grateful subjects. They are so free and blithe. Combine these two things, and I am the happiest person on earth. I think that we could tell stories over stories using only our hands.

Blowballs were a topic for me for quite some time now. I wanted to photograph them. And now is the time. So it was time for me to go outside. Saturday afternoon was perfect. With the sun shining, I left the house. And I not only found willing "blow victims" together with my husband and my best friend, but experienced magic. The sun was shining magically through the tree tops and I imagined little fairies sparkling in these sun rays. And who knows...are these little dandelion seeds little parachutes, where the fairies are having fun like on a county fair. I admit, I have to smile thinking of this. But how else should I explain these photos?
